The auto processed data can be found in the following directory:
/data/$EPN/home/$PI/auto/dataset/
where $EPN is the experiment number and $PI username of the person collecting the data.

Troubleshooting:
Check that your username and password are correct by logging into the portal page.
Try sftp-01.synchrotron.org.au, sftp-02.synchrotron.org.au, and 114.30.65.33 for host/server
