Data Access
You are able to access and download your data remotely using Globus.
Mythen-II Data Processing
Your Mythen-II data will be automatically spiced and normalised. However, you are also able to do this manually with PDViper. It is also good practice to check the scripts have correctly spliced and normalised the data. Additional experimental parameters can be found in the .ASC file.
2D Data Processing
2D data can be converted to 1D using programs such as DIOPTAS. Here is a brief how-to guide on data processing. Further information including documentation can be found on the website Dioptas - Clemens Prescher
Data Analysis
A line position and line shape standard for powder diffraction will be run at the start of your beamtime. This can be used to determine the wavelength and instrument contribution to the line profile. Ask your beamline scientist if the files are not in your folder.
