1. To ship your dewar or shipper to the Australian Synchrotron, please fill in the dewar shipping form on the ASWebMX website.

If there is a popup asking you to sign in, these are the credentials:

• Username: mxuser

• Password: 2026userMX

2. Log in using your Australian Synchrotron portal account.
   Note: This is the same e-mail/password for EAs and accessing data from FTP

3. Locate your EPN/date for the experiment and click on the blue ‘Ship Dewars' button next to your EPN
   
   Tip: You can sort by beamline (red) or by dates (purple) by clicking on the associated tabs.
   Problem? If you can’t see your EPN, make sure you are on the EA for the experiment.
   Otherwise, contact as-mx@ansto.gov.au for assistance
   
   

4. Fill in your sample shipment details
   
   Note: If you want your shipper/dewar returned, make sure you fill in an address and Courier details. Failure to do so results in delays in returning your shipper/dewar and additional e-mails.

5. Click on ‘Add Dewar’ to add a dewar and fill in holder type and puck codes, then submit when ready.
   
   Note: If your pucks start with ASP (Australian Sycnhrotron Pucks) you have AS Pucks.

6. After you are redirected to the experiments page, click on the PDF icon under Files (right) to download a copy of the MX Sample Shipment form.

7. Attach the Sample Shipment form to the front of your shipper/dewar or include it inside your shipper.
