User Support Policy
Your supporting beamline scientist is available for onsite training and troubleshooting of the hardware and acquisition software during work hours. We can also run you through some basic data processing at the beamline during your beamtime (time dependent).
Onsite assistance
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
After hours assistance
From 2026-1, after hours assistance is provided by our excellent Control Room staff. Beamline scientists are no longer on-call in the evenings or on the weekend.
