Your supporting beamline scientist is available for onsite training and troubleshooting of the hardware and acquisition software during work hours. We can also run you through some basic data processing at the beamline during your beamtime (time dependent).

Onsite assistance

  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

After hours assistance

  • The first point of call after hours is always the Control Room

    • Extension 4123 from the beamline phone or (03) 8540 4123

  • If an operator from the control room cannot help, a beamline scientist can be contacted out-of-hours between:

    • Monday-Friday: 5pm - 10pm

    • Saturday-Sunday: 9am - 5pm
