Data analysis for IRM experiments on the ASCI platform can be performed in Cytospec (predominantly used for cluster analysis) and Orange/Quasar.

Files can be loaded into the ASCI platform via an SFTP program.

ASCI resets every Monday at midday (Melbourne time). Please ensure your session is finished and all analyses are saved to avoid losing any work.
