Quasar
Developed specifically with spectroscopic (and synchrotron) data in mind, Quasar is an open-source software compatible with all common operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) for the visualisation and statistical analysis of data sets, including hyperspectral maps. Some of the benefits of using Quasar include:
Can see in seconds the effect of changing a processing step on the output of a multivariate analysis (e.g. HCA or PCA)
Excellent for documenting the processing steps for reproducibility of analysis
Easy to share workflows with students, supervisors and collaborators
Compatible with many file types from different spectroscopy techniques and manufacturers - including OPUS
Built on python code, if a function is missing there is an option to write your own

Example workflows
Load a hyperspectra map and integrate
Single spectra experiment - creating a PCA and adding in unknowns
Combining ABS and TRC data blocks from OPUS into one table
