Online Safety Training

For all members of an experimental team listed as “Attending” on an Experiment Authorisation (EA), a number of online safety modules must be completed before the EA can be submitted. For those listed as “Remote Access” or “Mail-In” you will still need to complete the “Mail-in and Remote Users conditions of use” exam.

These safety modules are found under the “Exam” section in the Australian Synchrotron User Portal.

An example of the list of exams in the User Portal. For Users coming onsite to complete an experiment, all modules under the “User Safety Inductions” section must be valid up to and including the end date of your scheduled beamtime.
