Your supporting beamline scientist is available for onsite training and troubleshooting of the hardware and acquisition software during work hours. We can also run you through some basic data processing at the beamline during your beamtime (time dependent).

If an operator from the control room cannot help, a beamline scientist can be contacted out-of-hours between:
Monday-Friday: 5pm - 11pm10pm
Saturday-Sunday: 9am - 5pm
