Why does my data look like this?

Try…

Very high counts at very low angle

The beamstop is not in place. Did you remember to put the table in place after aligning your sample when doing a variable temperature sample?

Random channels with 0 counts

These are dead channels on the detector. Talk to your beamline scientist and they can either mask the channel in the data collection or you can just delete/mask that data point in your data as you analyse it.

All channels with 3-5 counts

There is no beam on the sample. Have you forgotten to open the mono shutter when you changed sample?
